My research interests lie primarily in bioinformatics and computational genomics. I have published 12 first-authored papers, most of which are in leading bioinformatics journals such as Bioinformatics, Nucleic Acids Research, PLoS One, New Phytologist and Genome Biology and Evolution.
My specific research interests include: bioinformatics software and databases, gene duplication, whole-genome duplication, synteny and collinearity, gene expression regulation and evolution, analysis of microarray/RNA-seq data, epigenomics, DNA methylation, genetic association, genome-wide association studies, and cancer bioinformatics. |
